All content and materials provided by AdQuirk™, including but not limited to videos, graphics, and text, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Clients retain ownership of their original content, but AdQuirk™ may use client materials for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.

Music Licensing:

AdQuirk™  utilizes music licensed from Epidemic Sound for digital advertisement purposes. Clients are granted usage rights for the music provided in their digital advertisements solely for social media platforms. However, clients are prohibited from using the licensed music for television commercials. AdQuirk™ is not responsible for providing music licensing coverage for television use, and clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdQuirk™ from any claims arising from unauthorized use of licensed music.

Payment and Billing:

Clients agree to pay for services rendered by AdQuirk™ according to the terms outlined in their service agreement. Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality:

AdQuirk™ respects the confidentiality of client information and agrees not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information shared by clients without prior consent. Clients are responsible for ensuring the security of any sensitive information shared with AdQuirk™.

Limitation of Liability:

AdQuirk™ is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdQuirk™ from any claims arising out of their use of our services.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Erie County, New York.
